It's been over five years since I stopped eating meat, and I've found that what we eat affects our bodies and minds directly.

I believe if we listen to our body and eat what the body needs, our small kitchen can be like a pharmacy.

My mom became acquainted with macrobiotics more than 20 years ago.

She has also been learning about yin-yang and five elements theories to enhance her studies.

We started our vegan food classes at home almost 3 years ago.
